Physical Description
Blue Fronted Amazon have brilliant colorings, and each bird has distinct feather patterns to go along with its extroverted personalities. Known as comedians and feathered show-offs.
Blue-fronted Amazons are not sexually dimorphic, females look like males. DNA, feather and surgical sexing can be identified.
Habitat
Woodlands and forests.

These parrots are capable of mimicking human speech and are noisy birds. When they were first discovered, they were called “Kriken”, which is French for "screechers."
Like most parrots, these birds are monogamous and bond with one partner for life.
Blue-fronted Amazons like interaction but are quite content to entertain themselves for hours at a time just playing with their toys. The Blue-Front gets along quite well with other birds. It is usually non-aggressive although the males might get a little territorial during breeding season or molting.
